What a very pleasant stay, nothing too much trouble. Clean hotel, ABSOLUTELY HELPFUL staff, peaceful location very close to the village centre. Location close to center of Sintra as well as central area, shops, restaurants, pubs. Nearby Xentra Restaurant and Bar - great place to chill out. Lovely building and rooms with good bathroom. Good hot breakfast with plenty of hot/cold dishes.

The rooms are large and have a unique design, with nice bathrooms, and the location is excellent, just a mile away from Quinta da Regaleira Palace.

The property seemed clean and the room was huge and unique. The breakfast was warm and excellent with coffee made to our pleasure with fresh bread and jam. The staff was attentive and excellent and the host too.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of hot and cold options to start our day.

Our room was not up to par. Despite arriving after the check-in time, we had to wait an hour for the room to be ready.

We were within walking distance of some of the most beautiful sights and attractions in the area, allowing us to easily explore and experience the charm of the city.- The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and satisfying, offering a variety of options to start our day off right.

We found the parking situation to be quite frustrating. Despite reserving a parking spot, there were times when the garage was full and we had to find alternative parking nearby.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this charming hotel. The location was excellent, and we were able to easily walk to all the attractions in the area. Our room was cozy and clean, and we particularly loved the rustic style of the hotel. The highlight of our trip was a relaxing massage at the spa, which was definitely worth it. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. I highly recommend Casa Do Arco for a delightful and memorable stay.

We encountered some issues with the Wi-Fi connection during our stay. The signal was weak and unstable, making it difficult to stay connected and access the internet.

Conveniently located with comfortable beds and a heater in the bathroom. We enjoyed the privacy of having the entire 3 BR house to ourselves, although we only used the kettle in the kitchen. Strong wifi and a TV in the room made us feel self-contained. Friendly staff at the neighboring Lawrence Hotel allowed us to store our bags until check-in time.
